A Bit About Us

The Church of St. Dunstan - Mineola, TX

Located in historic Mineola, TX is The Church of St. Dunstan.   Established in 1948,  The Church of St. Dunstan exists to spread the Gospel of Christ and share the Love of Christ to the community of Mineola, Texas,  and beyond.     

The Church of St. Dunstan is an Episcopal Church within the Diocese of Dallas.    Bishop Lawton is the seventh Rector

Our Vestry - 2026

The Vestry is a shared leadership body with the Rector, and is responsible for the congregation's mission and ministry in support of our Rector.  The Vestry manages the church's finances, facilities maintenance, legal compliance and Diocesan reporting, all  according to our by-laws.   Meet the Vestry team of St Dunstan - Mineola.

Our Worship Experience

We celebrate Mass each Sunday and welcome all Christians to share Communion.  Our worship experience is liturgical in form and guided by the 1979 Book of Common Prayer.    

Our service is a celebration of new life in Jesus Christ, by the Mercy of God and filled with the Holy Spirit.

Relevant Biblical Teaching

Our messages offer practical and meaningful insights grounded in the Bible - taken from the Scripture passages provided by  Lectionary for the Day.     Our doctrinal statements of belief are contained in the Book of Common Prayer in the Creeds and Articles.
